Our Dektak 3030 scanning stylus profilometer is capable of scanning over 50 mm distances with height sensitivity of about 1 nanometer. The instrument uses a 12.5um diamond stylus that can be set to as light a load as 10mg. We can scan over very soft materials without leaving tracks. Data can be transferred to a computer for specialized analysis. |
